As a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and a U.S. Army veteran with 12 years of honorable service, she brings a distinctive perspective on fostering sustainable and measurable change.
I first met Zoe in Tulum, Mexico, a few months ago—and I haven't been the same since. Our conversations ran deep, challenging me to reexamine everything: my life, my business, and how to navigate the tumultuous times we’re living in here in the U.S. Her insight was both eye-opening and transformative, and I can confidently say that after this conversation, you’ll never see diversity, equity, and inclusion the same way again. I know I don’t.
With an unwavering passion for equitable leadership, inclusive culture-building and supplier diversity, Zoe is on a mission to disrupt outdated DE&I approaches and guide both individuals and organizations alike in making meaningful, lasting impact.
